Terms and conditions for exhibitors

All companies wishing to participate as exhibitors at any of the events held at the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Centre and that are organised by IFEMA, are required to accept the General Rules of Participation that form part of the corresponding exhibition contract, in addition to each event's Specific Rules & Regulations.

These rules include issues related to services provided, safety & security and space build-up and installation conditions, amongst others.
