The fair, OUTLET RESIDENCIAL, which is organised by IFEMA, has set up a series of measures aimed at facilitating participation at the next edition, which is due to take place between 24th and 26th September next at Feria de Madrid. This third edition of the event will open the calendar of property fairs after the holiday period, providing a boost for the market.

The fair, OUTLET RESIDENCIAL, which is organised by IFEMA, has set up a series of measures aimed at facilitating participation at the next edition, which is due to take place between 24th and 26th September next at Feria de Madrid. This third edition of the event will open the calendar of property fairs after the holiday period, providing a boost for the market.

In this respect, OUTLET RESIDENCIAL will return to the trade fair circuit by implementing a series of initiatives aimed at facilitating the participation of companies, thus enabling them to make the very most of their investment at the fair, whose format has proven to be effective at previous editions.

In this sense, those companies that wish to take part at OUTLET RESIDENCIAL will be able to do so by adapting their needs to the different formulas that IFEMA places at their disposal, such as modular stands of different sizes that come replete with all the services required to exhibit the stand-holder's products and services. Another even simpler form of participation consists of a series of "mini-stands" in a joint area, based on an all-included format. The mini-stand includes a desk for attending to clients and a panel featuring the company's logo, as well as a shared joint area where participants can offer more personalised attention to visitors. The fair also offers a number of larger-sized stands for those who wish to attend the event in their capacity as sponsors. This option guarantees greater marketing visibility for the participant's brand in the different promotional supports for OUTLET RESIDENCIAL.

To date, the fair has confirmed the attendance of a number of leading companies from the world of property and real estate such as Pryconsa, Reyal Urbis, Gilmar, Hercesa, Premier España, Realia, el Grupo Inmobiliario Ferrocarril, Wilcox, Quabit Inmobiliario, Vallehermoso, Paraíso Inmobiliario, Básico Homes and Promhogar. Financial bodies such as Grupo Caixa Catalunya and Altamira Santander Real Estate, among others, will also take part at the fair.
