Among the events that have been planned for the second half of the Centenary Year for Gran Vía, we might highlight an extremely sweet and appetising initiative: the exhibition of a model of the famous Madrid boulevard that the confectioner, Christian Escribá, has created for a presentation at the Salon du Chocolat Madrid*. Made entirely of chocolate, this model can be viewed within the framework of the fair, which is due to take place between 12th and 14th November 2010.
